Solders and fluxes containing lead in potable water systems, in plumbing systems for buildings.

INTENT:

To limit the probability that high lead content will lead to the transfer of excessive amounts of lead from jointing solders to potable water, which could lead to contamination of potable water, which could lead to harm to persons.
