APPLICATION:
Self-contained mechanical ventilating systems serving
only one dwelling unit that conform to the requirements of Subsection
9.32.3., in buildings described in Sentence
1.3.3.2.(1) of Division A.
INTENT:
To exempt self-contained mechanical ventilation systems
serving only one dwelling unit from the application of Article
6.2.2.1.,
where they conform to Subsection
9.32.3.
