APPLICATION:
This sentence applies to all buildings regulated by the provisions of Part 9. (See
Div. A, Article 1.3.3.3) Openable skylights shall be designed to prevent opening from
the outside when in the closed and locked position.
INTENT:
Limit the probability of unwanted access or entry through skylights.
