Re: Reporting of Members Suspended or Disbarred

A hearing panel of the Law Society of British Columbia, having conducted a hearing pursuant to the Legal Profession Act, and the Rules of the Law Society, found that Amarjit Singh Dhindsa of Abbotsford, BC, was guilty of professional misconduct and ordered that he be suspended from the practice of law for a period of seven weeks, commencing December 1, 2020.
