Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with the bylaws, policies and procedures of the Association of BC Forest Professionals (ABCFP), the following members were removed from the register between January 1 and June 30, 2005, for one of the following reasons: (a) failure to complete enrolment requirements; (b) non-payment of annual membership fees; (c) completed more than three consecutive leaves and chose not to take further leave or reinstate to active membership; or (d) resignation from the association.

William R. Byers hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, pursuant to the Navigable Waters Protection Act, for approval of the work described herein and its site and plans.
Pursuant to section 9 of the said Act, William R. Byers has deposited with the Minister of Transport, under deposit number BX464790 a description of the following work, its site and plans: Foot bridge in, on, over, under, through or across Tutshi River at Km 47.2 South Klondike Highway.
Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to The Superintendent, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, 620, 800 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC V6Z 2J8. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of this notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.
