Take notice that Stewart World Port Services Ltd of No. 1 Railway Street, Stewart, BC V0T 1W0 Corporate Address 11421 Alaska Rd, Fort St. John, BC V1J 6N2 has filed with the Chief Inspector of Mines, pursuant to Part 10.2.1 of the Health and Safety Reclamation Code for Mines in British Columbia, a proposed mine plan together with a program for the protection and reclamation of the land and watercourses related to the proposed Stewart World Port Gravel Quarry located on unsurveyed crown land adjacent to Stewart World Port No. 1 Railway St, Stewart, BC and adjacent to and South of District Lot 7386, PID 029-528-909.

Any person affected by or interested in this program has 30 days to make written representation to the Chief Inspector of Mines, Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources, Northwest Region, Bag 5000, Smithers, BC V0J 2N0, with a copy to
