Discontinuing and closing road allowance for West Island Highway, 19A, Parksville-Qualicum Electoral District.
Notice is given, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transportation Act, that part of West Island Highway, 19A, established by gazette notice published November 24, 1977, is hereby discontinued and closed.
The portion of road allowance so discontinued and closed, containing 0.726 hectare, more or less, is shown outlined in bold on a Plan of Statutory Right of Way over part of road to be closed, District Lot 36, Newcastle District, completed by Michael A. Sims, BCLS. The survey plan was completed and checked, and the checklist filed on the 20th day of October, 2009. A copy of this plan is recorded on File PS 103159, located at the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure, 2100 Labieux Road, Nanaimo, BC.
