The Ministry of Labour, Citizens' Services and Open Government no longer publishes Corporate Registry Notices of company and extraprovincial filings in The British Columbia Gazette. These include: amalgamations, changes of name, intent to dissolve, incorporations, restorations and dissolutions. This information is now available in a fully searchable and printable format online at www.qplegaleze.ca. Historical data back to January 2003 is included on this site.
Corporate Registry Notices for cooperatives, societies and restoration applications will continue to be published in The British Columbia Gazette until further notice.
