Notice is given, pursuant to section 42 of the Transportation Act, that the portion of Old St. Mary Lake Road, created by the provisions of Section 42 of the Transportation Act, as shown in dashed lines, noted as "Closed Road" and outlined in green on a plan of subdivision of District Lot 3541 and closed road in District Lot 3541, Kootenay District, prepared by Douglas R. Buckham, BCLS, completed on the 7th day of December 2004 and recorded in the Provincial Ministry of Transportation, Kamloops, BC, under "File Number PS 701515", is hereby discontinued and closed.

Notice is given, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transportation Act, that all that part of Trans-Canada Highway 1 at Revelstoke, being 0.0811 hectare (more or less), adjacent to Parcel A (see 11211i), Villa, Lot 4, Section 33, Township 23, Range 2, W6M, Kootenay District, Plan 9551, except that part in Plan R257, as shown outlined in green on a plan of survey recorded in the Provincial Ministry of Transportation, Kamloops, BC, under "File Number PS 701203", is hereby discontinued and closed.
