I, Ben Pierce, General Manager of Gibraltar Mines Ltd., PO Box 130, McLeese Lake, BC V0L 1P0, intend to submit this amendment application to the Director to amend Permit PE-416, issued July 13, 1971 and last amended March 18, 2019 which authorizes the discharge of effluent from a mine and mill facility.
