The property described below is subject to forfeiture under Part 3.1 of the CFA and will be forfeited to the Government for disposal by the Director of Civil Forfeiture unless a notice of dispute is filed with the Director within the time period set out in this notice.
A notice of dispute may be filed by a person who claims to have an interest in all or part of the subject property. The notice of dispute must be filed within 60 days of the date upon which this notice is first published. On July 17, 2017, at the 8000 block of King George Boulevard, Surrey, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Surrey RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $2,085 CAD, on or about 19:40 Hours. CFO file Number: 2017-5117.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5(2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.
AND:
On March 19, 2017, at Marine Drive and Martin Street, White Rock, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the White Rock RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $170 CAD, $115 CAD, and a BlackBerry cell phone, on or about 02:52 Hours. CFO file Number: 2017-5119.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been used in and/or obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5(2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.
AND:
On September 21, 2017, at 192A Street & 67 Avenue, Surrey, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Surrey RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as a: 2001 brown Toyota Corolla; BCLP: EW142F; VIN: 2T1BR12E51C816786, on or about 18:00 Hours. CFO file Number: 2017-5159.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been used in the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5(2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.
AND:
On October 7, 2014, at the 1700 block of Kloppenburg Road, Kelowna, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Kelowna RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $5,000 CAD, on or about 21:15 Hours. CFO file Number: 2017-5164.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under sections 5(2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) and 7(1) (Production of substance) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.
AND:
On April 6, 2016, at the 1900 block of 14th Avenue, Campbell River, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Campbell River RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $439.90 CAD, $987.50 CAD, an Acer Chrome laptop, and an iPad, on or about 14:02 Hours. On April 6, 2016, at 275 S. Dogwood Street, Campbell River, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Campbell River RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $270 CAD, on or about 14:31 Hours. The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been used in and/or obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5(2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.
AND:
On June 6, 2017, at the 700 block of West 17th Avenue, Vancouver, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Vancouver Police Department seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $220 CAD and $1,555 CAD, on or about 01:15 Hours. CFO file Number: 2017-5189.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 354(1) (Possession of property obtained by crime) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
AND:
On March 24, 2017, at 105th Avenue & King George Boulevard, Surrey, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Surrey RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $1,605 CAD and $112.50 CAD, on or about 23:53 Hours. CFO file Number: 2017-5194.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5(2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.
AND:
On April 5, 2017, at the 10400 block of 152 Street, Surrey, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Surrey RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as a: 2001 blue Chevrolet Malibu; BCLP: EB365C; VIN: 1G1ND52J31M595135, on or about 20:19 Hours. CFO file Number: 2017-5195.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been used in the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5(2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.
AND:
On April 13, 2017, at Beresford Street & Merritt Avenue, Burnaby, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the CFSEU RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $1,540 CAD, $2,430 CAD, and three cell phones, on or about 14:44 Hours. CFO file Number: 2017-5200.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been used in and/or obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.
AND:
On October 12, 2017, at the 00 block of East Hastings Street, Vancouver, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Vancouver Police Department seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $3,365 CAD and $18 USD, on or about 02:20 Hours. CFO file Number: 2017-5207.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 354(1) (Possession of property obtained by crime) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
AND:
On July 24, 2017, at the 3000 block of East 56th Avenue, Vancouver, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Vancouver Police Department seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $1,140 CAD, on or about 21:10 Hours. CFO file Number: 2017-5212.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5(2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.

On June 27, 2017, at Sumner Avenue & Norfolk Street, Burnaby, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the CFSEU RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $4,450 CAD and $216 USD, on or about 14:51 Hours. CFO file Number: 2017-5214.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5(2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.

On March 29, 2017, at 144 Street & 83 Avenue, Surrey, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Surrey RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $1,075 CAD, $300 CAD, a white iPhone, and a grey iPhone, on or about 03:38 Hours. CFO file Number: 2017-5215.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been used in and/or obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.

On March 28, 2017, at Highway 10 & 132nd Street, Surrey, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Surrey RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $1,035 CAD, on or about 18:34 Hours. CFO file Number: 2017-5219.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5(2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.
AND:
On March 14, 2017, at the 30 block of East Pender Street, Vancouver, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Vancouver Police Department seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $820 CAD and a Huawei cell phone, on or about 17:50 Hours. CFO file Number: 2017-5227.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been used in and/or obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under 355.4 (Possession of property obtained by crime — trafficking) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
AND:
On July 16, 2009, at the 16900 block of 104 Avenue, Surrey, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the FSOC RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $6,420 CAD, on or about 11:47 Hours, and $100 CAD, on or about 14:11 Hours. CFO file Number: 2017-5229.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 354(1) (Possession of property obtained by crime) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
AND:
On September 8, 2017, at the 9800 block of Candow Street, Chilliwack, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Chilliwack RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $1,349.95 CAD and $.30 USD, on or about 01:55 Hours. CFO file Number: 2017-5231.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 354(1) (Possession of property obtained by crime) of the Criminal Code of Canada.

On July 22, 2017, at the 8100 block of King George Boulevard, Surrey, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Surrey RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $985 CAD, on or about 11:26 Hours, and $855 CAD, on or about 13:44 Hours. CFO file Number: 2017-5237.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 354(1) (Possession of property obtained by crime) of the Criminal Code of Canada.

On December 4, 2014, at the 22700 block of Dewdney Trunk Road, Maple Ridge, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Ridge Meadows RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $540 CAD and a Nokia cell phone, on or about 22:00 Hours. CFO file Number: 2017-5241.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been used in and/or obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5(2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.

On November 11, 2016, at the One Mile Lake parking lot and at 7413 Prospect Street, Pemberton, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Pemberton RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: an LG cell phone, on or about 01:14 Hours, and $270 CAD, on or about 01:17 Hours (both at the One Mile Lake parking lot), and $70 CAD, on or about 01:30 Hours (Prospect Street).
