FOREST SERVICE ROAD DISCONTINUED AND CLOSED

Discontinuing and closing Dainard Creek Branch 1 Forest Service Road and a portion of Dainard Creek Forest Service Road and right-of-way, Southern Interior Forest Region, Columbia Forest District.

Notice is given, pursuant to section 121 (9) (a) of the Forest Act, that the Dainard Creek Branch 1 Forest Service Road and right-of-way and a portion of the Dainard Creek Forest Service Road and right-of-way as shown outlined in red on print of Exhibit A sketch dated 2004-04-23, filed at the office of Real Estate Operations, Resource Tenures and Engineering Branch, Ministry of Forests, 727 Fisgard Street, Victoria, B.C., have been discontinued and closed as a Forest Service road.
