The property described below is subject to forfeiture under Part 3.1 of the CFA and will be forfeited to the Government for disposal by the Director of Civil Forfeiture unless a notice of dispute is filed with the Director within the time period set out in this notice.
A notice of dispute may be filed by a person who claims to have an interest in all or part of the subject property. On January 20 and January 21, 2017, at the 1500 block Elm Street, Kelowna, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Kelowna RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $640 CAD, on or about 23:15 Hours (Jan 20), an Apple iPhone (Jan 20), on or about 23:15 Hours, 4 computer scanners, on or about 23:15 Hours (Jan 20), and on Jan 21, the following property all at 17:23 hours: Babolat tennis racket; Bostitch nail gun; Crispair nailer; Dewalt charger x3; Dewalt circular saw x2; Dewalt compressor; Dewalt grinder; Dewalt hammer drill; Dewalt impact driver x6; Dewalt lithium battery; Dewalt power drill; Dewalt reciprocating saw; Dewalt saw; Echo chainsaw; Head tennis racket; Hilti nail gun x2; Makita charger; Makita drill set x2; Milwaukee 6 tool combo kit; Milwaukee drill sets x2, impact driver and hammer drill; Monster headset; Paint spray gun; Paslode framing nailer x3; Paslode nail gun; Poulan chainsaw x2; Poulan leaf blower; Ridgid charger; Satellite GPS; Simoniz power washer; Spotlight jack light; Stanley air compressor; Stanley ratchet set x2; Stihl leaf blower; Tanaka trimmer; Titan torque wrench; Toy drone; Wahl trimmer; Wilson tennis racket x2; and a Zwilling knife set. The subject property was seized because there was a warrant authorized by the court pursuant to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada to seize evidence in respect of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.

On February 22, 2017, at the 3300 block of Panorama Ridge, Whistler, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Whistler RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $470 CAD, on or about 18:12 Hours. CFO file Number: 2018-5731.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.

The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been used in the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.

On February 14, 2018, at 400 block of Montgomery Street, Coquitlam, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Burnaby RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: 2008 Acura MDX, BCLP: FR259F, VIN: 2HNYD28548H004752, on or about 12:55 Hours. CFO file Number: 2018-5796.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been used in the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.

On March 12, 2018, at 100 block East Cordova Street, Vancouver, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Vancouver Police Department seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: 2001 Mazda Tribute, BCLP: FS842L, VIN: 4F2CU08141KM55048, on or about 19:35 Hours. CFO file Number: 2018-5802.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been used in and/or obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.

On April 21, 2018, at the 3700 block of Royal Oak Ave, Burnaby, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Vancouver Police Department seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: 1997 Dodge Ram 1500; VIN: 1B7HF16Y4VS199392, on or about 13:30 Hours. CFO file Number: 2018-5803.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been used in and/or obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 354 (1) (Possession of property obtained by crime) of the Criminal Code of Canada; section 249 (Dangerous operation of a motor vehicle) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
AND:
On January 14, 2018, at W 20 Avenue & Cambie Street, Vancouver, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Vancouver Police Department seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: 2006 Honda Accord, BCLP: ES826G, VIN: 1HGCM55316A811585, on or about 15:40 Hours, and $2,810.00 CAD, on or about 15:40 Hours. The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been used in and/or obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada and section 252 (1) (Failure to stop at scene of accident) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
AND:
On March 30, 2018, at Ontario Street and SW Marine Drive, Vancouver, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Vancouver Police Department seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: 2009 Nissan Murano; BCLP: FS793H; VIN: JN8AZ18WX9W101120, on or about 01:40 Hours, and $2,132.35 CAD, on or about 01:40 Hours. The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been used in and/or obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.
AND:
On August 4, 2017, at the 1200 block of Nelson Street, Vancouver, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Vancouver Police Department seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $910 CAD, on or about 17:54 Hours. CFO file Number: 2018-5811.
On September 11, 2017, at the 1000 block of Beach Avenue, Vancouver, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Vancouver Police Department seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $410 CAD, on or about 03:45 Hours. CFO file Number: 2018-5811.
On February 8, 2018, at the 1000 block of Beach Avenue, Vancouver, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Vancouver Police Department seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $2,130, on or about 18:00 Hours. CFO file Number: 2018-5811.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 354 (1) (Possession of property obtained by crime) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
AND:
On April 13, 2017, at the zero block of East Hastings Street, Vancouver, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Vancouver Police Department seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $1,200 CAD, on or about 12:15 Hours. CFO file Number: 2018-5816.
On June 27, 2017, at Davie Street and Burrard Street, Vancouver, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Vancouver Police Department seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $1,005 CAD, on or about 22:00 Hours. CFO file Number: 2018-5816.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.
AND:
On November 10, 2015, at 3102 St. Johns Street, Port Moody, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Port Moody Police Department seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $285 CAD, on or about 15:58 Hours. CFO file Number: 2018-5820.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property would afford evidence in respect of an offence (or offences) under section 380 (Fraud) and 342 (Theft of credit card data) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
AND:
On July 28, 2017, at the 100 Block of East Cordova Street, Vancouver, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Vancouver Police Department seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $478.80 CAD, on or about 17:09 Hours. CFO file Number: 2018-5830.
On August 3, 2017, at the 200 block of Dunlevy Avenue, Vancouver, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Vancouver Police Department seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $480 CAD and 2 gold necklaces, on or about 01:40 Hours. CFO file Number: 2018-5830.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 354 (1) (Possession of property obtained by crime) of the Criminal Code of Canada; section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.
AND:
On December 23, 2017, at the 100 block of East Hastings Street, Vancouver, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Vancouver Police Department seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $2,570 CAD, on or about 00:30 Hours. CFO file Number: 2018-5832.
On January 23, 2018, at the 100 block of East Hastings Street, Vancouver, B.C., Peace Officer (s) of the Vancouver Police Department seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $1,215 CAD, on or about 18:00 Hours. CFO file Number: 2018-5832.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.
AND:
On November 4, 2017, at Columbia Street and East Hastings Street, Vancouver, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Vancouver Police Department seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $990 CAD, on or about 00:21 Hours. CFO file Number: 2018-5835.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 354 (1) (Possession of property obtained by crime) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
AND:
On February 11, 2018, at 236 Cordova Street, Vancouver, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Vancouver Police Department seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $335 CAD & $5 USD, on or about 13:40 Hours. CFO file Number: 2018-5836.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.
AND:
On January 25, 2017, at the 900 block of Alder Street (Alder), and at 275 South Dogwood Street (Dogwood), both in Campbell River, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Campbell River RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $36.20 CAD and a black Samsung cell phone, on or about 15:55 Hours (Alder), $40 CAD, on or about 16:20 Hours (Alder), and $130 CAD and $100 CAD, on or about 18:31 Hours (Dogwood). The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been used in and/or obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.

On January 8, 2018, at 265th Road and 240th Road, Fort St. John, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Fort St. John RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $100 CAD, $340 CAD, $20 CAD, and $310 CAD, on or about 19:12 Hours. CFO file Number: 2018-5843.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.

On September 14, 2014, at 208th Street and 56th Avenue, Langley, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Langley RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $450 CAD, on or about 13:11 Hours. CFO file Number: 2018-5844.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.
AND:
On September 25, 2015, at the 13500 block of 107A Avenue, Surrey, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Surrey RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $66.70 CAD, $260 CAD, $4.25 CAD, $80 CAD, $36.51 CAD, $2 USD, and $0.10 USD, on or about 11:56 Hours. The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.

On April 13, 2017, at the 14900 block 105th Avenue, Surrey, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Surrey RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as $1,315 CAD, on or about 22:50 Hours. CFO file Number: 2018-5847.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.
AND:
On January 4, 2011, at 9515 Alaska Road South, Fort St. John, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Fort St. John RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $605 CAD, on or about 17:42 Hours. CFO file Number: 2018-5848.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.
AND:
On April 4, 2018, at 127th Street and 67A Avenue, Surrey, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Surrey RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $785 CAD, on or about 23:30 Hours. CFO file Number: 2018-5849.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 354 (1) (Possession of property obtained by crime) of the Criminal Code of Canada.

On January 9, 2018, at 108th Avenue and King George Boulevard, Surrey, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Greater Vancouver Transit Authority Police Service seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $605 CAD, on or about 01:45 Hours, and $170 CAD, on or about 01:45 Hours. The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.

The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been used in and/or obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.
AND:
On December 22, 2017, at Kingsway Avenue and Duffering Avenue, Burnaby, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Burnaby RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $70 CAD and $615 CAD, on or about 01:00 Hours. CFO file Number: 2018-5888.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.
AND:
On March 6, 2016, at Fraser Highway and Willowbrook Drive, Surrey, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the RCMP Greater Vancouver Integrated Road Safety Unit seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $630 CAD, on or about 14:22 Hours. CFO file Number: 2018-5895.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.
AND:
On April 30, 2017, at 5501 204th Street, Langley, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Langley RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $415 CAD, on or about 18:21 Hours. CFO file Number: 2018-5901.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.
AND:
On October 12, 2016, at 303 Prideaux Street, Nanaimo, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Nanaimo RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $408.65 CAD, on or about 04:00 Hours. CFO file Number: 2018-5902.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.

On April 8, 2018, at the 600 block of Carson Crescent, Kamloops, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Kamloops RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $585 CAD, on or about 01:00 Hours. CFO file Number: 2018-5904.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.

On July 4, 2018, at Matsqui Place & South Fraser Way, Abbotsford, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Abbotsford Police Department seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: 1998 Toyota Camry, BCLP: GH657H, VIN: JT2BG22K9W0133243, on or about 12:48 Hours, Vivo cell phone with bluetooth headset and 2 Chatr SIM cards, on or about 12:48 Hours. On July 4, 2018, at 2838 Justice Way, Abbotsford, B.C. (Abbotsford Police Department), Peace Officer(s) of the Abbotsford Police Department seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $960.00 CAD, on or about 14:06 Hours, $5.00 EU, on or about 14:06 Hours, $5.00 USD, on or about 14:06 Hours, and $20.00 HKD, on or about 14:06 Hours. The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been used in and/or obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.

On March 17, 2018, at 176th Street and 96th Avenue, Surrey, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the RCMP Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $325 CAD, on or about 15:40 Hours. CFO file Number: 2018-5923.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.
AND:
On June 20, 2018, at Clearbrook Road at Highway 1, Abbotsford, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Abbotsford Police Department seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as a 2009 Toyota Camry, BCLP: CX674C, VIN: 4T1BE46K49U857837, on or about 11:35 Hours, $1,120 CAD, on or about 11:35 Hours, and a Blackberry Bold, on or about 11:35 Hours. The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been used in and/or obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.

On July 30, 2017, at 1600 Abbott Street, Kelowna, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Kelowna RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $840 CAD, on or about 20:30 Hours. CFO file Number: 2018-5930.
The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.
AND:
On October 20, 2016, on 190A Avenue, just south of Ford Road, Pitt Meadows, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Ridge Meadows RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as: $60 CAD, on or about 20:00 Hours, $691.75 CAD and $3.90 CAD, on or about 20:10 Hours, and a BlackBerry cell phone, on or about 20:11 Hours. The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been used in and/or obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.

On March 16, 2018, at the 17700 block 64th Avenue, Surrey, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Surrey RCMP seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as a 2004 Dodge Caravan, BCLP: FX973A, VIN: 1D4GP25R54B582932, on or about 23:26 Hours, and $430 CAD, on or about 22:59 Hours. The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been used in and/or obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.

On July 19, 2018, at the 34000 block Larch Street, Abbotsford, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Abbotsford Police Department seized, at the time indicated, the subject property, described as a 2006 Lexus GS300, BCLP: GE736C, VIN: JTHBH96S365015214, on or about 16:00 Hours, and $782.75 CAD, on or about 15:47 Hours. The subject property was seized because there was a warrant authorized by the court pursuant to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada to seize evidence in respect of an offence (or offences) under section 5 (2) (Possession for purpose of trafficking) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.
