NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:

The property described below is subject to forfeiture under Part 3.1 of the CFA and will be forfeited to the Government for disposal by the Director of Civil Forfeiture unless a notice of dispute is filed with the Director within the time period set out in this notice.

A notice of dispute may be filed by a person who claims to have an interest in all or part of the subject property. The notice of dispute must be filed within 60 days of the date upon which this notice is first published. At the 2600 block of Douglas Street, Victoria, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Saanich Police Department seized, on the date indicated, the subject property, described as:

- $1,405 CAD on 2017-6-28

The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 5(2) (Trafficking) Controlled Drugs and Substances Act of Canada.

AND:

At the 3500 block of Lougheed Highway, Vancouver, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Vancouver Police Department seized, on the date indicated, the subject property, described as:

- $1,532.25 CAD on 2017-12-29

Near 129A Street and 70B Avenue, Surrey, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Surrey RCMP seized, on the date indicated, the subject property, described as:

- 2006 Hyundai Tucson GL (BCLP: KC162B) on 2020-2-19

The subject property was seized as evidence in respect of an offence (or offences) under section 355(1) (Taking Motor Vehicle) Criminal Code of Canada.

At the 700 block of West 61st Avenue, Vancouver, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Vancouver Police Department seized, on the date indicated, the subject property, described as:

- $240 CAD on 2020-1-31

- $545 CAD on 2020-1-31

- 2005 Mazda 3 (BCLP: KB178H) on 2020-1-31

At the 2300 Block of 16th Avenue, Langley, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Surrey RCMP seized, on the date indicated, the subject property, described as:

The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been used in and/or obtained by the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 403(1)(a) (Identity Fraud) Criminal Code of Canada.

At the 200 block of Cayer Street, Coquitlam, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Coquitlam RCMP seized, on the date indicated, the subject property, described as:

- 2001 Chevrolet Suburban (BCLP: unknown) on 2020-1-10

The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been used in the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 322 (Theft) Criminal Code of Canada.

At the 3800 block of Carrigan Court, Burnaby, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Ridge Meadows RCMP seized, on the date indicated, the subject property, described as:

- 2009 Mazda 6 (BCLP: HM171S) on 2020-4-16

The subject property was seized because there was evidence that the subject property had been used in the commission of an offence (or offences) under section 320.13(1) (Dangerous driving) Criminal Code of Canada and section 320.17 (Flight from peace officer) Criminal Code of Canada.

In the 500 Block of Pinchbeck Street, Williams Lake, B.C., Peace Officer(s) of the Williams Lake RCMP seized, on the date indicated, the subject property, described as:

- $5,847.13 CAD on 2014-12-15

- 2006 Pontiac G5 (BCLP: JX038D) on 2020-3-21
