Take notice that Devon Canada Corporation intends to make application, on or after February 14, 2003, to construct a compressor station which will be installed on an existging wellsite at a-7-D/94-G-7 which falls within the Sikanni Gas Field, Peace River District.

PIPELINE APPLICATION

Take notice that EnCana Oil & Gas Co. Ltd. intends to make application, on or after February 12, 2003, to the Applications and Approvals Branch, Pipeline and Facilities Section of the Oil and Gas Commission, for leave to construct approximately 23.1 kilometres of pipeline in 15.0 and 18.0 metre wide rights of way in the Swat and Eskai Fields for the purpose of transporting natural gas.

This project consists of lines from wellsites c-88-L/94-I-4, b-8-D, d-58-D and c-1-E/94-I-5 to a tie-in to an existing EnCana pipeline at c-16-E/94-I-5.

Take notice that Archean Energy Ltd., intends to make application on or after February 12, 2003, to the Oil and Gas Commission, (Pipelines and Facilities, Safety Engineering Group and Applications and Approvals Branch), for leave to construct pipelines in the Noel field, through unsurveyed Crown land, Peace River District, from wellsite c-34-F to d-34-F, 93-P-8, for the purpose of transporting natural gas.
