Take notice that Canadian Natural Resources Limited, 2500, 855 Second Street SW, Calgary, AB T2P 4J8, has applied for approval to produce gas from the Velma Notikewin formation, under Good Engineering Practice (GEP).
The area requested in the GEP application is as follows:
94-H-1, Block L, Units 94 and 95; and
94-H-8, Block D, Units 4 and 5.
If no valid objection, in writing, is re-ceived by the undersigned by October 2, 2003, the application may be approved, subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.
Copies of the application may be obtained from the applicant. Any objection should be sent, in writing, to both the undersigned and the applicant.
