Take notice that Berkana Energy Corp. intends to make application, on or after January 31, 2007, to the Applications and Approvals Branch, Pipeline and Facilities Group of the British Columbia Oil and Gas Commission for leave to construct 2436 metres of 114.3 mm pipeline in a 15.0 metre wide right of way and 230 metres of 114.3 mm pipeline in a 10.0 wide right of way in the Ladyfern field, for the purpose of transporting sweet natural gas.
This project consists of a line joining well location c-45-J/94-H-1, to well location d-35-J/94-H-1 to a pipeline tie-in at well location c-25-J/94-H-1, located in the Peace River District.
