In the proceeding, the plaintiff, Director of Civil Forfeiture, claims the following relief against you: forfeiture of $127,174.45 in Canadian currency seized from various individuals on October 12, 2020, by the Vancouver Police Department and $92,860.00 in Canadian currency seized from 239 West 45th Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia, on October 14, 2021, by the Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit – British Columbia (collectively, the “Money”), and its proceeds.

You must file a responding pleading within the period required under the Supreme Court Civil Rules failing which further proceedings, including judgment, may be taken against you without notice to you.
