Take notice that, in accordance with section 46 of the Forest Act, the District Manager of the Chilliwack Forest District has offered the following replacement woodlot licences in the Chilliwack Forest District.
Licence holder: Blue Mountain Woodlot Ltd., Woodlot Licence W0038, Location: Whonnock Lake area.
Licence holder: C & H Forest Products Ltd., Woodlot Licence W0043, Location: Elbow Lake area.
Each replacement woodlot licence, if accepted by the current licence holder, will have a term of 20 years and will contain the same land base and timber resources as the woodlot licence it replaces. [fe22]
