Resumption and Arterial Highway Designation Order, City of Delta
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 45(2) of the Transportation Act, that by Order in Council 427, approved and ordered September 9, 2011, the following changes have been made with respect to the classification of highway within the City of Delta:
The highway within the City of Delta, more particularly described as South Fraser Perimeter Road – 1027R - Those specified parts of applicable highways as set out in the Order in Council and shown outlined in bold on plans EPP776, EPP1099, EPP1651, EPP1652, EPP1653, EPP1654, EPP1656, EPP1658, EPP3079, EPP3119, EPP3646, EPP3647, EPP3648, EPP3650, EPP4118, EPP4119, EPP4136, EPP4137, EPP4138, EPP4276, EPP4496, EPP5044, EPP5338, EPP7585, EPP7727, and all that part EPP1657 shown remaining as road on plan EPP11333, all registered by the New Westminster LTO, were designated as arterial highway.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 44.1(2) of the Transportation Act, of the following classification of highways within the City of Surrey:
The highway within the City of Surrey, more particularly described as South Fraser Perimeter Road – 1027R that is defined and shown as “Arterial Highway” on reference plans EPP30093 and EPP4728 registered by the New Westminster LTO, were designated as arterial highway.
