Notice is given pursuant to Section 60(2) of the Transportation Act, that a portion of Ridley Island Road, lying between Lot 3 and Lot 4 all of District Lot 1992 Range 5 Coast District Plan 12582, is hereby discontinued and closed.

The portion of Ridley Island Road so discontinued and closed, containing 1.90 hectares, more or less, is shown with a bold line on Plan EPP93769, a “Statutory Right of Way Plan of District Lot 1992, Range 5 Coast District, to Close Road Dedicated by Plan 10816” prepared by Todd E. Basky, B.C.L.S., the survey of which was completed on the 7th day of August 2019. A copy of this plan is recorded on file PS736536, located at the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure, Prince George, BC.

The portion of Scotia Street so discontinued and closed, containing 0.347ha, more or less, is shown with a bold line on Plan EPP110576 a “Statutory Right of Way Plan to Accompany a Gazette Notice Closing Part of Road Dedicated by Plan 1076 Section 2 Township 1A Range 5 Coast District” prepared by Andrew Pearce, B.C.L.S., the survey of which was completed on the 18th day of August, 2021.
