Notice is hereby given that Industrial Alliance Pacific Insurance and Financial Services Inc., 2165 Broadway West, PO Box 5900, Vancouver, BC V6B 5H6, a life insurance company incorporated in 1967 by the Act to incorporate The North West Life Assurance Company of Canada of the Parliament of Canada and now governed by the provisions of the federal Insurance Companies Act, having its principal place of business in the City of Vancouver, in the Province of British Columbia, will apply to the Parliament of Canada, at the present session thereof or at either of the two sessions immediately following the present session, for a private Act authorizing it to apply to be continued as a body corporate under the laws of the Province of Quebec.
