A hearing panel of the Law Society of British Columbia, having conducted a hearing pursuant to the Legal Profession Act, and the Rules of the Law Society, found that Douglas Warren Welder, of Kelowna, BC, was ungovernable and ordered that he be disbarred. [jy23]
