Discontinuing and closing road allowance for portion of Okanagan Highway 97A, at Spallumcheen (Armstrong), Shuswap Electoral District.
Notice is given, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transportation Act, that all that part of Okanagan Highway 97A at Spallumcheen, being 0.192 hectare, more or less, adjacent to Lot 1, Section 13, Township 7, ODYD, Plan 12175, as shown outlined in green on a plan of survey recorded in the Provincial Ministry of Transportation, Kamloops, BC, under "File Number PS 701444" is hereby discontinued and closed.
That portion of road so discontinued and closed is shown in bold, solid lines and the words "Closed Road" on a "Reference Plan of Closed Road being a Portion of Section 13 Township 7 Osoyoos Division Yale District adjacent to Lot 1 Section 13 Township 7 Osoyoos Division Yale District Plan 12175" prepared by Robert David Tupper, BCLS, dated the 2nd day of October 2006.

Discontinuing and closing road allowance for Unnamed access road to Bella Vista Boulevard, at Columbia Lake (north of Canal Flats), East Kootenay Electoral District.
Notice is given, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transportation Act, that all of Unnamed access road to Bella Vista Boulevard at Columbia Lake (Canal Flats), being 0.567 hectare (more or less), adjacent to Lot A, District Lot 4596, Kootenay District, Plan NEP66894, except Strata Plan NES2960 (Phases 1, 2 and 3), as shown outlined in green on a plan of survey recorded in the Provincial Ministry of Transportation, Kamloops, BC, under "File Number PS 702158" is hereby discontinued and closed.
That portion of road so discontinued and closed is shown in solid and bold lines with the words "Road To Be Closed" on a "Reference Plan of Closed Road, Plan NEP80090, LD 4596, Kootenay District" prepared by J. W. Sharpe, BCLS.
