B.C. Reg. 261/2013, deposited December 12, 2013, pursuant to the PORTS PROPERTY TAX ACT [section 2]. Order in Council 601/2013, approved and ordered December 11, 2013.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Eligible Port Property Designation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 309/2010, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix, to apply for the 2014 and subsequent taxation years.

Appendix

1 Section 2 (a) of the Eligible Port Property Designation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 309/2010, is amended by striking out “2013 taxation year, as at December 31, 2012,” and substituting “2014 taxation year, as at December 31, 2013,”.

2 The Schedule is amended by adding the following item to the table, as indicated:
