On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the attached Property Transfer Tax Exemption Regulation No. 14 is made.

PROPERTY TRANSFER TAX EXEMPTION REGULATION NO. 14
Exemption
1 Transfer to Scia’new Nation Investment Corporation, Inc. No. BC0962456, of the property described below is exempt from tax payable under the Property Transfer Tax Act:
Lot 1, Section 121, Sooke District, Plan EPP22373, PID 029-060-109.
Retroactive effect
2 This regulation is retroactive to July 30, 2013, with effect on and after that date.
