On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective January 1, 2020, section 31 of the Business Corporations Regulation, B.C. Reg. 65/2004, is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(c.1) applications for continuation into British Columbia under section 302 of the Act; .
