On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective June 1, 2024, section 1 of the Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources Statutes Amendment Act, 2018, S.B.C. 2018, c. 15, is brought into force.
