This Bill repeals the Greenhouse Gas Industrial Reporting and Control Act.
HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:
1 The Greenhouse Gas Industrial Reporting and Control Act, S.B.C. 2014, c. 29, is repealed.
2 This Act comes into force on the date of Royal Assent.
This Bill repeals the Greenhouse Gas Industrial Reporting and Control Act.
