Yale First Nation;
Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada;

Her Majesty the Queen in Right of British Columbia.

These are the Yale First Nation Final Agreement Appendices as initialled by the Chief Negotiators on February 5, 2010, and as amended by agreement of the Parties dated April 7, 2011, in accordance with 26.8 of the Yale First Nation Final Agreement.
