LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE (PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF MLA EXPENSES AND ACCOUNTABILITY) AMENDMENT ACT, 2011

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:

Amend the Legislative Assembly Management Committee

Section 1: the following section is added

3  (1) The Committee shall disclose annually on a publicly accessible website a summary of all payments made to members of the Legislative Assembly pursuant to section 3.
