Minister of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries

1   For the purposes of sections 5 (1) and 6 (1) of the Balanced Budget and Ministerial Accountability Act in relation to the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries for the 2003-2004 fiscal year, the estimated amount under section 6 (1) of that Act is the sum of

(a) the amounts appropriated for the operating expenses for which that minister is responsible in the main estimates for that fiscal year, and

(b) the amount appropriated under section 1 of the Supply Act, 2003-2004 (Supplementary Estimates No. 3) .

Minister of Forests

2   For the purposes of sections 5 (1) and 6 (1) of the Balanced Budget and Ministerial Accountability Act in relation to the Minister of Forests for the 2003-2004 fiscal year, the estimated amount under section 6 (1) of that Act is the sum of

(a) the amounts appropriated for the operating expenses for which that minister is responsible in the main estimates for that fiscal year, and

(b) the amount set forth in the Schedule to this Act as being expended for purposes for which that minister is responsible under the authority of an appropriation by an Act other than a Supply Act.

Minister of Public Safety and Solicitor General

3   For the purposes of sections 5 (1) and 6 (1) of the Balanced Budget and Ministerial Accountability Act in relation to the Minister of Public Safety and Solicitor General for the 2003-2004 fiscal year, the estimated amount under section 6 (1) of that Act is the sum of

(a) the amounts appropriated for the operating expenses for which that minister is responsible in the main estimates for that fiscal year, and

(b) the amount set forth in the Schedule to this Act as being expended for purposes for which that minister is responsible under the authority of an appropriation by an Act other than a Supply Act.

Commencement

4   This Act comes into force on the date of Royal Assent.

Minister of Community, Aboriginal and Women's Services

5   For the purposes of sections 5 (1) and 6 (1) of the Balanced Budget and Ministerial Accountability Act in relation to the Minister of Community, Aboriginal and Women's Services for the 2003-2004 fiscal year, the estimated amount under section 6 (1) of that Act is the sum of

(a) the amounts appropriated for the operating expenses for which that minister is responsible in the main estimates for that fiscal year, and

(b) the amount appropriated under section 1 of the Supply Act, 2003-2004 (Supplementary Estimates No. 4) .
