Section 5(4) BEFORE amended by RS2015-1-RevSch effective January 1, 2016 [coming into force of RS2015-1].

(4) Section 287 (1) (q) of the Local Government Act applies in relation to a body described in subsection (1) of this section, however established, and its members.

Section 7(1) BEFORE repealed by 2004-25-7(2) effective August 1, 2006 [2 years after repeal of Greater Nanaimo Water District Act (BC Reg 365/2004 under 2004-25-2)].

(1) The authority must establish and maintain an accounting system in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
