Mill-site Area Regulation

Definition

1 In this regulation, "Act" means the Powell River Incorporation Act.

Mill-site area

2 For the purposes of the Act, "Mill-site area" means the area outlined in red and cross-hatched on the map titled "Mill-site Area" with the map reference number POW-07-05, dated February 8, 2022, attached to this regulation.
