Assented to March 18, 1960
WHEREAS Thomas Audley Bate, a member of the Legislative Assembly, was unable, due to illness, to fulfil, during the current Legislative Assembly, the attendance requirements of the Constitution Act:
THEREFORE, HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:—
2 There shall be paid to Thomas Audley Bate, out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the full amount of sessional allowances, expenses, and living allowance for the current session of the Legislature to which, but for his absence, he would have been entitled.
