Section 2(2) BEFORE amended by 2009-25-1(a) effective October 29, 2009 (Royal Assent).

(2) The said lands shall vest in The Union of Spiritual Communities of Christ in trust to maintain thereon the tomb of Peter Verigin and, to the extent consistent therewith, for the purposes of a public park only, subject to the exceptions and reservations contained in the original grant of the said lands by the Crown and, in addition, to the reservation to the Crown of a right-of-way, with power to grant the same to such persons and upon such terms as to the Crown seems fitting, for the construction and operation of a power-line over that portion of the said lands within the boundaries of Plan 6021 deposited in the Land Registry Office at Nelson.
