Citation

1 This Act may be cited as the Mission Foundation Act.

Section 2 definitions of "board" and "foundation" BEFORE amended by 2007-25-3 effective May 31, 2007 (Royal Assent).

"board" means the Board of Directors for the time being of the Mission Foundation;

"foundation" means "Mission Foundation";

Section 3 BEFORE re-enacted by 2007-25-4 effective May 31, 2007 (Royal Assent).

Foundation established

3 There is hereby created a non-profit corporation which shall be a body politic and corporate, without a share capital, under the name of "Mission Foundation".
