Section 4 (2) (a) (i) BEFORE amended by BC Reg 32/2008 under 2003-26-281(1), effective February 19, 2008 (BC Reg 32/2008).

(i) shall appoint a panel of 3 persons to serve at pleasure as a design review panel for the purposes of subsection (3), and

Section 4 (8) BEFORE amended by RS2015-1-RevSch, effective January 1, 2016 [coming into force of RS2015-1].

(8) Section 927 of the Local Government Act applies to a special development permit.

Section 5 (3) BEFORE amended by RS2015-1-RevSch, effective January 1, 2016 [coming into force of RS2015-1].

(3) Sections 932 to 936 of the Local Government Act apply to a bylaw under this section.

Section 6 (3) BEFORE repealed by RS2015-1-RevSch, effective January 1, 2016 [coming into force of RS2015-1].

(3) Section 458 (2) of the Local Government Act, as it applies to a loan authorization bylaw to borrow money for a utility, applies to a loan authorization bylaw to borrow money for the provision of parking facilities referred to in subsection (1).
