Transparency Exemption Regulation

Exemption from requirement to file

1 The following persons are exempt from the requirement to file a transparency report under the Land Owner Transparency Act:

(a) Society of Transition Houses;

(b) a corporation that is a member, as defined in the Societies Act, of the Society of Transition Houses at the time that it is required to file a transparency report;

(d) The Linda Krystina Housing Society.
