Section 1 in definition of "bylaw enforcement officer" BEFORE amended by 2007-6-32, effective August 1, 2007 (BC Reg 189/2007).
"bylaw enforcement officer" means a person in a class prescribed under section 273 (c) of the Community Charter or section 482.3 (b) of the Vancouver Charter who is designated by a local government as a bylaw enforcement officer;
