Section 1 definition of "emergency medical assistant" BEFORE amended by 2013-13-17, effective April 1, 2013 (BC Reg 145/2013).

"emergency medical assistant" means an emergency medical assistant as defined in the Emergency and Health Services Act;

Section 1 definition of "local police authority" BEFORE amended by 2024-16-155, effective May 1, 2025 (BC Reg 48/2025).

"local police authority" means the police force or police department or the designated policing unit, as defined in section 1 of the Police Act, that is responsible for policing the area in which a health care facility is located;
