Home Owner Grant Regulation

12 Section 2 (1) of the Home Owner Grant Regulation, B.C. Reg. 100/2002, is amended by repealing the definition of "health professional" and substituting the following:

"health professional" means a person who is authorized under the Health Professions and Occupations Act to practise the designated health profession of

(a) medicine,

(b) nursing as a nurse practitioner, or

(c) occupational therapy or psychology; .
