Utilities Commission Act

1 In this regulation, "Act" means the Utilities Commission Act.

2 The following types of energy resources are prescribed for the purposes of section 65 (2) (a) (ii) of the Act:

(a) petroleum, as defined in section 1 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Act;

(b) liquid hydrocarbons;
