 Form of disclosure

1  A disclosure in writing required under section 38 (1) or (2) of the Real Estate Act shall be in the form of the attached Schedule and shall include at least the particulars required by that form.

The Real Estate Act of British Columbia requires this Disclosure Statement to be presented to you in advance of an offer to purchase, in whole or part, real estate in British Columbia owned by you, when the proposed purchaser, directly or indirectly, is a real estate licensee or is closely connected with a real estate licensee.
