 Section 1 (c) BEFORE amended by BC Reg 130/2012, effective June 8, 2012.

(c) the liquor is for the individual's own consumption or for the consumption by another individual at the first individual's expense, and

 Section 1 (d) (ii) BEFORE amended by BC Reg 130/2012, effective June 8, 2012.

(ii)  in the case of wine, 9 litres, and

 Section 1 (c) BEFORE amended by BC Reg 204/2012, effective July 13, 2012.

(c) the liquor is for the individual's own consumption or for consumption by another individual at the first individual's expense, and

 Section 1 (d) (ii) BEFORE amended by BC Reg 204/2012, effective July 13, 2012.

(ii)  in the case of wine other than wine as defined in section 2, 9 litres, and

 Section 1 (d) BEFORE repealed by BC Reg 156/2019, effective July 8, 2019.

(d) the quantity of liquor does not exceed

(i) in the case of spirits, 3 litres,

(ii) in the case of wine other than wine as defined in section 2, 9 litres, and

(iii) in the cases of beer, cider and coolers, 25.6 litres in total.

 Section 2 was enacted by BC Reg 204/2012, effective July 13, 2012.

 Section 2 (1) definition of "winery" BEFORE amended by BC Reg 156/2019, effective July 8, 2019.

"winery" means a winery or producer of wine in a province other than British Columbia, that is duly licensed or otherwise legally permitted under the laws of that province to produce wine and to sell the wine.
