Municipalities Enabling and Validating Act (No. 4)

Designated Area Regulation

Designated area

1   For the purposes of section 2 (3) (a) (i) of the Municipalities Enabling and Validating Act (No. 4), the designated portion of the area known as Richmond City Centre is that area within the following boundaries:

commencing at the point of intersection of the south shoreline of the Middle Arm of the Fraser River and the west boundary of the right of way for No. 4 Road;

thence southerly 453 metres along the right of way for No. 4 Road;

thence west 86 metres;

thence south 200 metres;

thence east 86 metres to No. 4 Road;

thence southerly along No. 4 Road to Bridgeport Road;

thence westerly along Bridgeport Road and Sea Island Way to Garden City Road;

thence southerly along Garden City Road to Alderbridge Way;

thence easterly along Alderbridge Way to No. 4 Road;

thence southerly along No. 4 Road to Blundell Road;

thence westerly along Blundell Road;

thence northerly 1 492 metres along Gilbert Road;

thence west 110 metres;

thence north 110 metres to Westminster Highway;

thence westerly along Westminster Highway to No. 2 Road;

thence northerly along No. 2 Road to the south shoreline of the Middle Arm of the Fraser River;

thence along the south shoreline of the Middle Arm of the Fraser River in a northeasterly direction to the point of commencement.
