1 For the purposes of section 7 (b) (ii) [required consent] of the Environmental Assessment Act, the Declaration Act Consent Decision-Making Agreement for Eskay Creek Project, negotiated and entered into under section 7 (1) (b) of the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act and dated June 6, 2022, is prescribed.
