Permitted Cost of Personalized Number Plate
Fees in Motor Vehicle Fees Regulation

Fee under B.C. Reg. 334/91

1   For the purposes of section 17 (1) of the Insurance Corporation Act, the corporation's permitted costs of its services in the Schedule to the Motor Vehicle Fees Regulation, B.C. Reg. 334/91, are the following:

(a) the entire amount of the personalized number plate fee the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia collects under item 9 (a) for any motor vehicle licensed under section 6 of the Commercial Transport Act and that has a licensed gross vehicle weight exceeding 4 500 kg;

(b) the entire amount of the personalized number plate renewal fee the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia collects under item 9 (b) for any motor vehicle licensed under section 6 of the Commercial Transport Act and that has a licensed gross vehicle weight exceeding 4 500 kg.
