Section 1 BEFORE re-enacted by BC Reg 160/2018, effective July 16, 2018.

Definition

1 In this regulation, "Act" means the Utilities Commission Act.

Section 2 (part) BEFORE renumbered as 2 (1) by BC Reg 160/2018, effective July 16, 2018.

Exemption

2 The authority is exempt from Part 3 of the Act in respect of the following:

(1) The authority is exempt from Part 3 of the Act in respect of the following:

(2) Subject to subsection (3), the authority is exempt from Part 3 of the Act in respect of the construction or operation of a plant or system, or an upgrade or extension of either, to provide service for the following:
