Definition

1   In this regulation, "Act" means the Sustainable Environment Fund Act.

Prescribed revenue

2   All revenue derived from fees payable under the Integrated Pest Management Act in respect the following is prescribed for the purposes of section 4 (g) of the Act:

(a) licences;

(b) examinations for and renewals of certificates;

(c) permits;

(d) confirmations.
